Delivery information

DELIVERY

We will deliver the ordered product 8-12 weeks after receipt of payment.

Rates :

• Delivery throughout Luxembourg €150 excl.
  Delivery from the bottom of the truck to the delivery address if easily accessible for 20 m³ trucks is if accessible due to weather and geographical conditions. Otherwise, for delivery from the bottom of the truck, the customer will pick up at the nearest address easily accessible by the truck, which will be communicated by the carrier on the day of delivery.

• luxul will take care of delivery at €150 (excl. VAT), to be paid directly to the carrier.

Delivery is by appointment only. Your parcel will be dropped off in front of your home:
– At your gate for a house,
– At the foot of your building for a block of flats.

Deadline :
The carrier will contact you within 24/72 hours of dispatch of your order to arrange a delivery date (indicative time for delivery in mainland Luxembourg).

Delivery area :
Delivery and assembly available throughout Luxembourg.

Please note:
In all cases, please make sure that the furniture fits through the openings and/or that the staircases are large enough to accommodate the furniture ordered.
The delivery address (which may be different from the billing address) must be accurate and include all the details required for proper delivery.
Before picking up your parcel, please check the condition of the outer packaging. If you notice any damage to the packaging, please refuse the parcel or contact our customer service department as soon as possible.
