DELIVERY

We will deliver the ordered product 8-12 weeks after receipt of payment.

Rates :

  • Low-loader delivery in Luxembourg and neighbouring countries
    (except islands, Corsica, mountains)

    • 180€ ht for one Murphy Bed
    • And by complementary accessories:
      • Sofa : + 30€ht
      • Mattress: + 15€ht
      • Bookcase, storage cabinet: + 30€ht
    • And installations possible from 150€ht
      (Delivery and installation at the same time).

Accessibility of delivery site :

It is imperative that the buyer check either on our website and/or with the seller before purchasing the product(s) he/she intends to buy, in order to verify the accessibility of the product(s) to his/her home, bearing in mind that :

  • No mountain delivery, but delivery to a city-center address possible
  • Low-bed delivery to delivery address if easily accessible for 20 m³ trucks and if accessible due to weather and geographical conditions.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accessible delivery address, the conditions of which have been specified above.

Delivery is by appointment only. Your parcel is dropped off in front of your home:
– At your gate for a house,
– At the foot of your building for a block of flats. Delivery time:
The carrier will contact you within 24/72 h of dispatch of your order to arrange a delivery day (indicative delivery time for Luxembourg). Delivery area:
Delivery and assembly possible throughout Luxembourg. Please note:
In all cases, please ensure that the furniture fits through the openings and/or that the staircases are large enough to accommodate the furniture ordered.
The delivery address (which may be different from the billing address) must be accurate and include all the details required for proper delivery.
Before picking up your package, please check the condition of the outer packaging.

If you notice any damage to the packaging, please refuse the parcel or contact our customer service department as soon as possible.
