What is the maximum weight supported by a luxul retractable bed?
The maximum weight supported by a luxul 2-seater retractable bed is 300 kg, for the 1-seater bed is 150 kg.
What payment methods do you offer?
To finalize your order, a payment of 80% is required by bank transfer or credit card. This is done on your personal space (to be created) and is completely secure. The remainder is payable on the day of delivery, either in cash or by credit card.

Can I use my own mattress?
Yes, you can use the mattress of your choice with a thickness of less than 25 cm.
Can I take my retractable bed with me when I move?
Your bed is mobile and can be moved to another room in your home or taken with you when you move.
Where's my order?
We only manufacture an item after it has been ordered. So our production adapts to demand. Demand is currently high, which explains the waiting times. We do our utmost to keep these delays to a minimum so that we can serve you as quickly as possible!
